To get the look, he first used MAC Cosmetics Lip Pencil in Edge To Edge then added Mixing Medium Eyeliner in thin layer over the entire lip. He then used a combination of MAC Dazzleshadow Liquid in LoveYourself, and MAC Glitter in Pink.
