A standout feature of the Garden of Hip Hop Festival was its emphasis on wellness and personal growth. The festival hosted holistic treatment options, home gardening classes, and yoga sessions, including couples yoga at 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The Women’s Healing Panel, featuring influential figures like The Trap Witch, Lizzy Jeff, Nesha Nycee, Bri Biase, and Shar Bates, was a major draw, offering attendees insights into healing and empowerment. NuFace’s area with all the hip hop memorabilia really sparked my interest. Supreme Understanding's session on "How to Get Properties for the Low" at 5:00 PM added a practical element to the festival's offerings, emphasizing financial literacy and empowerment. These activities reflected the festival’s commitment to fostering a holistic approach to hip-hop, blending cultural celebration with opportunities for personal and community development.

The festival also delivered on its promise of providing delicious and diverse culinary options, with vendors offering a wide range of vegan and non-vegan dishes. Attendees enjoyed a variety of food that catered to all dietary preferences, reinforcing the festival's holistic theme of nourishing the body as well as the soul. From plant-based delights to more traditional festival fare, the culinary experience was as much a part of the festival's appeal as the music and wellness activities. This commitment to providing "bomb eats that won’t kill you" was a key aspect of the festival, ensuring that all aspects of the event aligned with its overarching theme of health and well-being.
