Event Media Release
Event: In The City Magazine 2025 Cover Reveal and Networking Events
Date: January 1st, 2025 through December 31st, 2025
Location: Atlanta, GA
By attending the In The City Magazine 2025 Events, you agree to the terms outlined below as a condition for media access. This agreement ensures a mutual understanding regarding content rights and responsibilities:
1. Shared Rights:

All media invitees consent to share equal rights to any content captured during the event with In The City Magazine. This includes but is not limited to photos, videos, interviews, and blog articles.

Brand Integrity: Photographers are welcome to add their personal logo, provided it does not overshadow or replace ITCM branding.

Exclusivity: Photos from our shoots may not be distributed, submitted, or sold to other publications or professional entities.

In The City Magazine retains the right to use all submitted content for promotional purposes across print, digital, and social media platforms
2. Photo Submission:

Media representatives must submit a link to all captured pictures and video content within 48 hours of the event.
3. Recap Video:

Each media invitee is required to produce and submit a short recap video highlighting the event’s key moments within five (5) business days following the event.
4. Written Blog Recap:

Media invitees are required to publish a written recap blog about the event and provide In The City Magazine with the publication link within five (5) business days.
5. Interviews:

Invitees are encouraged to conduct short interviews with attendees, performers, or featured guests as part of their coverage. These interviews should be included in the submitted content.
6. Media Access:

Up to 3 Media badges per event will be distributed upon check-in. Only invitees who agree to this release will be granted access to the event.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance: By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Media and Content Release Agreement. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in restricted future access to In The City Magazine events. This agreement is valid for the entire 2025 year.
