ITCM 3rd annual Charity Give Back at ourhousega.org

Today, In The City Magazine proudly hosted our 3rd Annual ITCM Charity Giveaway Day in partnership with Our House, an incredible organization dedicated to providing safe shelter and transformative care for women and children experiencing homelessness. Through its impactful programs, Our House works tirelessly to break the cycle of homelessness by equipping families with the tools, resources, and support needed to achieve lasting self-sufficiency.

As the legendary Muhammad Ali once said, “Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on Earth.” That powerful message perfectly reflected the spirit of today’s event.

This year’s giveaway was filled with compassion, community, and love as our ITCM team came together to distribute an abundance of donated items to the residents and families served by Our House. Staff members Gwen (@asia_mzdiva), Shonda (@kittkatt1204), Nakia (@nakia_the_agent), Kimie (@kimberleylashae), Shaquin (@soultotablecatering), and Quadir (@abdquadir1) spent the day giving back and sharing encouragement with the families in attendance.

From clothing and household essentials to personal care items and other thoughtful donations, the day served as a reminder of the power of community support and collective kindness. The kids had a ball jumping in the bounce house from start to finish. They all had plenty of snacks and treats to enjoy. Events like these continue to reflect In The City Magazine’s commitment to uplifting families and organizations, making a real difference throughout Atlanta and beyond.
