Over 120 distinguished guests gathered on Sunday at Hideoki Bespoke in Atlanta, GA, to celebrate the highly anticipated cover reveal of In The City Magazine's Volume 41, featuring the esteemed Keisha Lance Bottoms, Atlanta’s 60th Mayor and Senior Advisor to the President of the United States. The event was marked by an electrifying atmosphere of networking and celebration among Atlanta's top industry professionals and creatives.
Hosted by the charismatic Moshua “Molo” Loriel, the brunch maintained a fun, relaxed, and informative vibe, with continuous acknowledgments to the sponsors and vendors that made the event possible. Attendees from Macon, Charlotte, and even Chicago contributed to the event’s regional appeal, adding to the vibrant networking opportunities.
The cover star, Keisha Lance Bottoms, made a grand entrance to enthusiastic applause around 1:45 pm, raising the energy of the room significantly. Her presence brought joy and excitement, further enhanced by the presence of her personal friends. The highlight of the event was a one-on-one fireside chat hosted by In The City’s Neisha Rogers, where Bottoms shared insights into her career plans and her lasting impact on Atlanta, providing attendees with unique and engaging content.
Fabian, the talented photographer from FBStudios responsible for the cover photography, captured moments that Keisha described as the "most fun shoot" of her career. This sentiment resonated as a testament to the collaborative spirit of the event.
Quadir, CEO of In The City Magazine, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all guests and contributors, emphasizing the collective effort that made the brunch a success.
ITCM Event coordination by Kameesha of K. Dot Productions was pivotal, securing top-notch vendors and working closely with the Hideoki Bespoke staff to ensure flawless execution which included a gift presentation for Keisha from a few of our collaborators. Art By Mattox presented 3 works of art, Nora Hair presented a bundle of products, and Sebastian Luxury Bags gave a classic lady's handbag. Kameesha also coordinated and executed a raffle of high-end products from ToteNCarry and Nora Hair Products and made sure everyone left with grab bag gifts as a thank-you for attending from In The City Magazine.
The attendees enjoyed drinks provided by Mike of Hennessy USA. They kept the spirits high as they served up 2 Hennessy infused signature cocktails “The City” and “The KLB”
The culinary delights prepared by Chef JoJo and her staff were a standout, with a menu featuring fresh seafood and comforting delights, topped off with Banana Pudding custard shooters that were a crowd favorite. The ambiance was further enriched by the smooth sounds of DJ Fly Atl and the soothing tones of saxophonist Ty Sax, creating a perfect backdrop for mingling and celebration.
